Bath bombs are like the candy of the bathroom! They are vibrant in colours and of fantastic smell. From now on, you don’t need to spend tens of dollars in fancy skincare boutiques anymore, because you can make them by yourself! You only need simple ingredients: baking soda, salt, corn starch and citric acid, mixed with olive oil, essential oil of your choice (oh all the good smells out there!). And a few drops of food colouring to make your bath look like a unicorn’s paradise!

4-Make your own DIY castile soap.
Lately, soap is mostly available only in plastic wrappings, but luckily, there are many easy ways to make your DIY homemade handwash! Try castile soap, for you can easily store it in a glassy container. This way, it will be wasteless and also very cheap to do it. For making one batch, you will need 24 oz olive oil, 16 oz coconut oil, 8 oz potassium hydroxide lye flakes and distilled water. You will need to blend it all, cook it to a paste and then let it refine in water.
5-Use a bum gun or a bamboo toilet paper.
If you traveled to Asian countries before, you probably appreciate the utility of a bum gun. A bum-cleaning machine, attached to your toilet, allowing you to clean yourself after doing your business. It is way more cost-effective, hygienic and sustainable than toilet paper. Alternatively, you can switch to bamboo toilet paper, which is much quickly degradable than regular rolls made of pulp.
